Profile messageI am relatively new to the wonderful world of gardening! I am interested in pretty much anything edible - especially if it doubles as an ornamental! My current obsession is the legume family, and I am hoping to get a representative of most species! That way I can grow more legumes at once without worrying about unwanted crosses. I also have an awful sweet tooth, so anything naturally sweet like stevia or fast growing berry vines are very welcome! Now if I can just find some things that will survive the Texas heat! When it comes to seed trading, I am very generous and always make the effort to communicate and find out what your expectations are. For seeds that have a high germination rate and grow into a bearing plant (like tomatoes, peppers, beans), I feel 10-15 seeds are sufficient. For seeds that have a lower germination rate and/or grow into a single fruit/vegetable (like carrots, lettuce), I feel that a trade of 50 seeds is more appropriate. Let me know if you expect more or less when trading. I always use a bubble mailer, and when trading with me I would ask that you do the same :)
