| Profile message | I have been gardening at my present location for almost 28 years. My gardens are an eclectic, some might say 'haphazard', collection of trees, shrubs, and perennials, many of which I've started from seed. Japanese maples are an ongoing passion of mine and I have a nice collection of ones I've grown from seed. They don't know they aren't hardy here, I don't tell them they're not, and we get along just fine. Other plant passions include primula, lewisias, hellebores, and just about anything variegated.
I am happy that Rob started this feature of his site. I've traded with him a few times, and whenever I walk under the arch that supports the spotted bells of my codonopsis lanceolata, I think of him! |
