Artemisia lactiflora 'Guizhou'

Unlike most artemisias, this one has showy flowers, on an upright plant with burgundy stems and dark green leaves. We've given this a try, unsuccessfully, once or twice before. Hopefully this time we'll succeed - if only common mugwort A. vulgaris were so easy to kill!
