Screaming yellow flowers on a robust-growing plant - we got one at the HPS/MAG spring sale last year, planted it and forgot about it, then wondered earlier this year what all those plants were. So we'll be on the watch for the wandering tendencies of evening primrose, but boy, those flowers are bright! A great surprise in mid-June.
This species is supposed to have red stems, which I haven't noticed on our plant.

I have tried to keep it watered but it is dying. It is in well drained area where other sun lovers are doing well. I really don't want to lose it but am at wits end trying to figure out what it wants. HELP. |
