Flowers first year from seed sown indoors early. detailed seed-starting info below When we tried this a few years ago, the first-year seedlings bloomed in June, but did not return for a second year. They are supposedly scented, but I didn't notice. We're trying it again this year. The foliage rosette looks similar to many other small perennial poppies
