Common name ghost bramble Family rosaceae Life cycle shrub (Z6-9) Flowers purple Size 5-6' Light sun-light shade Ferny gray-green foliage on stems covered in silver bloom. I first saw this plant on a tour of a friend's garden. After I expressed my admiration of the unusual specimen, she surprised me with a division. I haven't yet seen the small purplish flowers.
