We've grown Scutellaria orientalis before (although it has now expired). This looks similar, but has brighter yellow flowers, with a reddish mark. So far, the first-year blooms aren't showing the red, but I'll withhold judgment until their second-year performance.

    Baggy 35F (5w) - 70F (48%G, 2-20d)
