I can't find any information about this plant on the internet. It's a fairly typical skullcap, one-sided flowerstalks of blue blooms over fresh-green serrated foliage.

The RHS Plantfinder lists Scutellaria woronowii as a synonym for Scutellaria albida ssp. colchica .
