We grew this evergreen perennial from seed way back in 2001, and it's made a home in our garden ever since - just sitting there without ever blooming. So we have yet to see the tubular, deep violet-blue flowers that are supposed to rise on stems above the foliage in summer. This year (2008), I moved them to a few different locations, in hopes of better conditions for blooming.
