This selection is one of the Cruizin' series of thread-leaf coreopsis. Some references put it in C. verticillata, others consider it a hybrid (no species). Also, some say it is all orange-red, others mention yellow tips. So there must be several strains going around, and I don't know if we have the "official" one - but it's a nice one, anyways.
