Adenophora subulata

Family campanulaceae
Life cycle perennial
Flowers blue
From seed germinate at room temperature
detailed seed-starting info below

I've only encountered this species on seed trade lists and a few hobby gardener blogs, so I'm pretty sure it is mis-named. I would not be surprised if this turns out to be a campanula (see my Adenophora Project page to find out why). But in the meantime, I'll grow it from the seed I traded, and document its characteristics.

We left this plant behind in our Pennsylvania garden (and wish it well); we don't grow it in Houston.
