Native to the US southwest. Sounds like these will be smaller plants than most other amsonias we grow. Reportedly has good fall color.

  1. Seed from '08 trade. Baggy 35F (9w) - 75F (71%G, 3-5d).
    Also baggy 70F (16d; 20%G, 4d) - 35F (8w) - 75F (40%G, 4d)

Starting with a cold treatment looks like it's the way to go.
