Wildflower that found its way into the crack between the macadam and the curb right underneath our mailbox. I pull it up every once in a while, but never quite get rid of it. Perhaps I purposely don't try too hard, because truth be told it's a pretty handsome plant, with its burgundy stems, neatly arranged leaves, and white flowers in early summer. And its position isn't too bad: it can spread aggressively where it has the room to do so, but its crack confinement keeps ours in check.
