Stays compact with clusters of yellow flowers, blooming from April into June. We allow self-sown volunteers to overtake their mother plants regularly, since the plants get a bit rangy after a few years. Maybe shearing/pruning would help, too :-)

| Brenda | Jun 12, 2010 | I just picked some seeds from this plant. Could I just sprinkle them in the garden now to seed. It's currently June. Does the flower have an unpleasant smell. This is what I have been told.
They self-seed modestly in our garden, so sprinkling them around when they ripen may work for you. I don't find the smell of the flowers offensive, but others may disagree. |
