Caiophora lateritia |

Vining species whose gray-green leaves are covered in silvery hairs that deliver a bit of a sting. The intricately shaped flowers appear in the second year of its life cycle. Not commonly grown, and not much horticultural information out there. I have just a few seedlings, hoping to keep them alive for a year to see its flowers.
