Small bellflower with golden leaves (reportedly somewhat evergreen) and blue flowers. Our current plant has been in our garden for a little over a year now, and it's never looked like it was thriving - even though it bloomed, and looks golden-chartreuse consistently throughout the season. I'm still hoping for a more lavish performance in years to come.
