East African native. Not listed in GRIN, very little information on the web. So far, it appears to be a small bellflower - its flared-out blue flowers are fairly typical but with fairly prominent white hairs. The foliage is distinct from other campanulas in our garden, although not unlike other small campanulas. It lived through its first winter, so it's at least a biennial (but hopefully perennial).
