Clematis terniflora var. mandshurica

Clematis terniflora var. mandshurica

Synonym(s) Clematis mandshurica
Common name Manchurian clematis
Family ranunculaceae
Life cycle perennial (Z5-9)
Flowers white (late spring)
Size vine to 6'

Not sure how this variety differs from the plain species - it is likewise covered in bright white starburst flowers in early summer.

We left this plant behind in our Pennsylvania garden (and wish it well); we don't grow it in Houston.
