Since we like our Moonbeam coreopsis so much, we decided a few years ago to get a cousin with a similar look, but with pink-and-yellow daisies. Unfortunately, unlike our trusty perennial 'Moonbeam', this one (named 'American Dream') only stuck around for a year. We recently picked up another one (no cultivar, this time) from a bargain perennial table. With some luck, this more unassuming one will prove hardier.

Molly | Feb 01, 2023 | American Dream has not impressed in my garden. I would be fine with the tiny flowers if the overall plant looked less weedy and pitiful, but sadly not. |
