Loaded with sky-blue flowers for weeks in summer, this annual adds a cheerful note to unexpected corners of our garden - it self-seeds here and there, no doubt aided by the fact that the seeds cling to fabric (usually taking a ride on socks).

do you know where the name 'amabile' comes from? 'Amabilis' is Latin for lovely, or lovable. It's hard to disagree :-) |
