Delphinium x belladonna 'Volkerfrieden' |

Deep blue-flowered delphinium, valued as a border perennial or cutflower. Probably needs staking. Not sure how it will fare in our muggy-summer climate, but so far it's flowering in late May of its first year, from a mid-winter indoor planting. Very pretty, so I hope it sticks around.
