Small perennial delphinium from China, which may not be hardy in our garden - but I'll try it nonetheless. It will go straight into our rock garden, where it stands the best chance of overwintering. The soft leaves are finely divided, flowers come in light to mid blue with a dark bee.

This plant used to grow in our garden, but it slipped away...
