Desmodium canadense |

Upright US wildflower in the ubiquitous pea family. Its rangy habit probably renders it not so gardenworthy, but we're giving it a spin for a year or two. Although most of our plants bloomed in late summer in the year they were sowed, I don't expect to see its true form until next year.
