Species from Europe, found in dry and rocky places. White flowers with a yellow center, set off against narrow-leaved blue-green foliage. I had just a single seedling, so I was delighted to see it all grown up and flowering madly the next year. With a little luck, it will be longer-lived than other helianthemums we've grown. Not sure about the reported height – ours is staying low to the ground for now.
