This one came from a generous plant trader, last spring. I stuck it in a tight spot near the waterfall that runs into our big pond, and had nearly forgotten about it when I spotted it in late April, decked out with a single but perfect flower. As happens with irises, it didn't last more than a few days. I'm looking forward to more next year.
