Jasione crispa? |

The first jasione we grew, J. laevis, acted like a biennial, and hasn't been spotted since. This is our second try, with a similar (but more obscure) species - but our plants bloom on taller stalks than information I've found for J. crispa, so it may be laevis after all. Blooming in June of its second year. Sure enough, it didn't return for a third year.
