Typical kniphofia species, with flowers opening coral-red and maturing to yellow, for a two-tone effect along the inflorescence. The foliage clump, rising to about 24", is composed of narrow sword-shaped, bluish-green leaves, with the flower stalks rising well above. Native to South Africa. Prefers even moisture while actively growing in summer, but needs good drainage to avoid soggy winter conditions.
