Lilium lankongense

Family liliaceae
Life cycle perennial
Flowers pink
Light sun
From seed germinate at room temperature
detailed seed-starting info below

Species lily from China, where it grows at medium altitudes. Down-facing pink flowers are dark-speckled, with very recurved petals. I don't know if it's hardy here – so far I have just seedlings to look at.

We left this plant behind in our Pennsylvania garden (and wish it well); we don't grow it in Houston.
