Linaria aeruginea 'Lindeza Violet'
Native to Spain and Portugal, this tender plant will have to be grown as an annual in our Pennsylvania garden. It blooms all summer, with snapdragon-like flowers in various colors. Lax habit – rather than growing upward, it preferred spilling over the top of the terracotta pot in which I planted it.
||various colors (summer-early fall)
||ordinary garden soil
||germinates readily at room temperature

We left this plant behind in our Pennsylvania garden (and wish it well); we don't grow it in Houston.
