Not a common weed in our garden - I spotted one low-growing plant in a flower border one summer - already blooming (but its flowers face downward, so the distinctive patterning isn't obvious until you get up close and personal). The foliage had been savagely attacked by flea beetles (a few can be seen in the photo), making for a rather sad specimen.
