Fresh green basal rosettes with spoon-shaped leaves. In early spring, it sends up flowerstalks with fairly attractive slightly serrated leaves, and white flowers by late April. Easy weed to contend with. The closest ID I've come up with (with help from GardenWeb members) is Thlaspi alliaceum, but the ID is tentative.
