Native to South Africa. Grown as an annual in temperature zones. The photos above were taken in different years, of plants grown from different seed lots. A different look, although the colors of the flowers also seem to vary with the season, and with how the sun catches them.

After a full growing season, Susy didn't quite cover the stump, but conquered just about everything else within reach
