Veronica persica?

Veronica persica?
Veronica persica?
Family scrophulariaceae
Life cycle annual
Flowers blue (early spring)
Size 2"

One of the earliest things to bloom in our garden - too bad it's a weed. Cute, though, and not hard to deal with. So far, the best ID suggestion has been Veronica persica. That one has striped flowers, which are not easy to discern in the photo here - but a closer personal inspection showed that in fact they were.

This is a weed in our garden
