Small dandelion-like flowers held on tall stalks above a rosette of irregularly shaped leaves. After flowing, sets fluffy seed somewhere between those of groundsel and dandelion. This is reportedly getting to be an invasive weed in suburban areas. We see it frequently in our garden, both in borders and in the lawn, but so far it doesn't spread aggressively, and is easy to pull.
