Since we like our Deutzia 'Peek-a-Boo' so much, we're trying a second variety in our garden. This is a different beast though, growing wider than it is tall, reaching no higher than 1-2 feet (so far, on the short end of that range for us). Its flowers are white - so bright, in fact, that I failed to get a photo where they weren't overexposed. I'll try to do better next year...

We left this plant behind in our Pennsylvania garden (and wish it well); we don't grow it in Houston. About my plant portraits
