We left this plant behind in our Pennsylvania garden (and wish it well); we don't grow it in Houston. About my plant portraits

I have a question about this particular plant - I need to grow it from seed, and than plant it in the garden which is pretty dry in the summer. How tall should I wait for the plants to become, before planting them outside? And also, what is the latest time in a year that they can be planted in the garden?
Thanks! |
