Self-seeds modestly in our garden detailed seed-starting info below Low-growing plant with dark green foliage and purple-blue flowers. It's a perennial, but for some reason has a hard time coming through winter for us after its second year - so acts more like a biennial. Deadheading/cutting back may help to extend its lifespan.
