Herb with umbels of yellow flowers. Usually considered a weed - we'll see. The plant smells pleasantly like carrots. In our garden, where dill tends to pop up in odd places (I use the nice soil from the veggie garden as filler around the garden), it's easy to mistake this one for yet another dill plant.
