Delightful shrubby herb, great for grabbing sprigs for the kitchen but also a nice garden plant. We couldn't quite get it through a winter outdoors in Pennsylvania, but it was among the plants installed in the landscaping package of our new Texas home, and they've been with us ever since. We've had to replace them once or twice, because even here in Houston we get occasional deep freezes that kill rosemary; but it's nice to have them right by the front door as we walk in and out the house, so we keep 'm going.
