Family verbenaceae Life cycle perennial (Z8-10) Flowers purple-blue Size 8-12" Light sun (spring-fall) Cultural notes ordinary garden soil Cultivar of verbena bred to withstand hot summers with resistance to powdery mildew. Sold on the annuals table at local nurseries, but actually nicely perennial for us, thus far. It starts blooming in early March and continues for most of the season.

This plant used to grow in our garden, but it slipped away...
